Brandy Ludemann
Growing up on a farm/ranch near Pierre and graduating from South Dakota State University (SDSU) in 2003, my local community background has profoundly shaped my patient care approach, focusing on personalized and compassionate service.
I joined Shane's Pharmacy in 2013, bringing experience from both hospital and corporate retail settings, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of diverse pharmacy environments. My time at Shane's has been incredibly rewarding, largely thanks to our independent pharmacy's commitment to empowering employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This philosophy enables us to offer extensive services and build personal connections with our patients, providing care that extends beyond just dispensing medication.
Outside of work, my husband of over 20 years and I enjoy supporting our two teenagers in their sports activities. We are also an avid hunting, fishing, and beach family, making the most of our time together on the river.
Chintal Druyvestein
I have been a Staff Pharmacist at Shane's Pharmacy since 2016. Graduating from South Dakota State University (SDSU), I dedicated my career to providing pharmaceutical care and support to my community. Throughout my time at Shane's, I have developed a deep understanding of patient needs and medication management, always striving to enhance the health and well-being of those I serve. I enjoy working for an independent pharmacy like Shane's because it allows me to build meaningful relationships with patients and provide personalized care.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. I am passionate about exploring new places through travel and love outdoor adventures, including boating and skiing.
Stephanie Prokop
I am a recent pharmacist graduate of SDSU and joined the Shane's Pharmacy team in May 2025. I am originally from Canby, Minnesota but moved to Pierre a couple years ago to be closer to my fiancé. We are getting married in November 2025 and have been busy with wedding planning this year! I started my pharmacy career in high school as a clerk and was a technician prior to pharmacy school. I enjoy being able to help patients with all aspects of their health through my practice as a pharmacist - whether it be providing general medication information or through one of the many clinical services offered at Shane's Pharmacy.
